Biography

Nebraska Functional Medicine was founded by Keri Anania, who discovered functional medicine by way of her own personal health journey. It was not until they found the root cause of her symptoms that she finally felt well. This inspired her to learn more. By experiencing the beauty of this healing firsthand, Keri knows the power it holds. She believes treating the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-is how true wellness is achieved. Professionally, she has immersed herself in learning all things functional medicine. She has advanced training through the Institute of Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and has spoken at various national medical conferences. She continues to be a thought-leader in the area, and refuses to stop learning. When she isn’t in the clinic, you will find her in her favorite role as a mommy. She and her husband have three little girls. She is full of wanderlust, enjoys everything athletics, hot tea, game nights, beautiful scenery, and loving on friends and family.
