Biography

From my own health experiences, I became motivated in my early 20’s to get the word out that there are effective alternatives to toxic drugs and surgery — methods that work in alliance with the natural healing mechanisms of the body to restore overall health — rather than suppressing a few key symptoms as many pharmaceutical drugs do. I graduated from National College of Naturopathic Medicine (Portland, OR) in 1980. I also hold degrees in psychology and human biology. I also have had training in massage, trigger point therapy, neuro-muscular therapy, Soma therapy, connective tissue massage, Holographic Repatterning, NAET allergy elimination technique, Body Talk, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), NeuroModulation Technique (NMT) and Neurological Integration System (NIS, otherwise known as Neurolink). Before becoming a INDIGO practitioner (see “INDIGO: Evaluation and Therapy” on my services page), I used an EAV (Electro-Acupuncture According to Voll) instrument for evaluation starting in 1985, then over the years switched to Vega-testing, Vega Biokinesiology and Neural Kinesiology. I opened my present practice in Sequim, WA in 2003. I was featured in the December 21, 2003 “Peninsula Woman” section of the Peninsula Daily News, and the March 14, 2008 Sequim This Week. My health articles have been published in the Olympic Trader. I love hiking outdoors in nature, gardening, pickleball and partner dancing.
